Not that you would abuse it, but there is no method for members to send group emails as the lists have been abused on other networks.
Here are some options:
One way to let people know what's up is to write a short blog post and this will appear on the front page of the site until quite a few other blogs are written. It will also be on your own page.
You can write your own email with anyone you specified as a friend too and this will go just to the people you want to notify. It then become very focused and targeted as opposed to an email to 210 members.
I am sure you don't want to start receiving email notifications from 209 other people on the network.
I do compile a bi-weekly newsletter/update if you want me to insert a line or two on some occasion let me know.
In addition, another option, you could start a forum on the topic of engagement in Asia.
Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Irene just sent a copy of your book which I plan to read this weekend and will then post a review of it sometime next week on the US, UK, and Canadian Web sites of both Amazon and Borders. It's great to have you involved with the EE Network, with both feet "in the door." It will be a delight for me to communicate with you in months and years to come.
Meanwhile, best wishes and warmest regards, Bob
I am a huge fan of your work - very insightful and inspiring. Thanks for the many great contributions to the field!

My introduction to your research work was through your audio interview in nov 2007 with Wayne of CMM show .
Wonderful to have you in the network and look forward to your ideas, insights and responses.
cheers

It is an honor to have you put a foot into this network. I hope we can all "lose the fear and release the energy." I think it is important for people to know the subtitle of your book: How to Combat the Psychological Recession that's alienating employees and hurting American business.
