The D5M does make a big difference for managers so quickly, and I do love to spread the word - and the aloha :)
Terrence Seamon from the American Management Association started a group on Manager Tools for Employee Engagement. I mentioned the possible application of the daily 5 minutes exercise focused on employee engagement.
I encourage you if you are interested to join the group and share a point or two about the D5M and some links to places where you outline how to do it.
I think it is such a powerful and structured way to ensure connection and engagement.

I am positive that you will soon experience what I have at JJL - everyone there teaches me! I learn way more than I teach and coach as mea ho'okipa (hostess) there, and I love that I do.
You must know as the network host that you have given me such a very fine model as you host the JJL group. I have already thought 3 times - what would Rosa do. Thank you for your indirect teaching.
