No research conducted by me yet - my organisation (via Markinor) conducted the employee survey which was organisation wide.

Hard to know where to begin. Let me begin by saying it sounds like interesting and helpful research. Did you use a survey with numerous sub scales that targeted specific areas: individual, managers, leaders, customers, organization, environment, generations, etc?
