Now leading Orgzn Devt and HR (ODHR) function for a fine arts museum of 350 employees. Complex enough to be interesting; small enough to make culture change a definite possibility. Nice to see you join the employee engagement network. A fine arts museum, interesting place for engagement as I believe employee engagement is as much an art as a science yet we are often dominated in this field by measurement rather than creative expression.
