- What is your involvement in employee engagement?
- Gallup poll done at the worksite, and three questions were selected - I know what is expected of me at work, I have received praise and recoqnition in the past seven days, my opinions are heard at work. Need to develop an action plan to ensure that target and improve these selected questions, any ideas??

Welcome from here in Winnipeg to the Employee Engagement Network.
All the best with your action plan. If you want to contact me you are more than welcome to hear some of my ideas. I worked with the WRHA and Health Sciences Centre on their employee appreciation and recognition program and have some resources I could send you. This must be hard with the closing in 3 years.
