Profile

About Me: (Please let us know about you and also add a picture to your profile).
For the past decade I have been researching employee engagement and developing a 'recipe' for building engagement for everyone on the front lines of daily operations. This is a five step process, set of actions, based on a proven best practice which I experienced that is over a half century old.

After a 30+ year career in the Hospitality industry, my goal is to help those in the trenches discover the missing-link for engaging hearts and minds. This is actions to lead feedback from ones own daily activities and not simply only feedback from colleagues and supervisors. Re-asking the questions for "How are we doing?" which disappeared after the dramatic hierarchical changes in most industries after WWII.
What is your involvement in employee engagement?
