Profile

About Me: (Please let us know about you and also add a picture to your profile).
“What fascinates me enormously is that so many people don’t like to go to their jobs. A lot of them are stressed out because of their work. The only thing that keeps them moving is the monthly pay check and their direct colleagues. This is so counter productive, both on a personal and a professional level. We spend most time of the week at work, so why shouldn’t we enjoy ourselves and feel fulfilled?

Most organizations have been putting a lot of efforts into introducing and improving new systems, procedures and processes. Whereas there was mostly lip service for the people as their most important assets.

However, in order to excel in today’s global marketplace it is crucial to fully use the potential of all of your employees. They are and will be your true competitive edge. If they grow, your business will grow. For sure!
This means that the currently separated worlds of professional and personal growth need to be integrated.

E.g. yesterday I went to Barnes & Nobles. The section about books for self-improvement was on the second floor. And the section for management books was on a different location on the first floor. That clearly illustrates the challenge. These two areas (self-improvement and management) need to be close to each other. Again, only through growth of their people, businesses can have sustainable growth!

It is my purpose to show that an enthusiastic, engaged and satisfied employee is also the most productive and profitable employee. I am continuously innovating services to connect the personal development of employees with the growth of an organization.
This passion for service innovation has the following elements:

- Learning
- Creating
- Coaching

Arnold,
What a wealth of experience and perspective you bring to the network. I like your snippet about self-improvement and management being close together not just in a book store but in life. I am so pleased you joined this network.
